WHAT TO AVOID FOR A SUCCESSFUL PARTY!
The 8 common mistakes people make to ruin their own celebration
It is funny, but the common things that ruin most parties are actually the things that most people think are the right things to do:
Here are the mistakes you want to prevent (trust me on this):
1. The room is too big - If it’s not cozy the guests will feel lost and will not participate.
2. Very Large dance floor -The guests will be intimidated and won’t dance
3. The host getting too involved - If it’s your first party, wedding or banquet, most likely you are nervous and will just make things worse. Trust the professionals
4. The wrong coordinator - many coordinators are new to this and they try to run things "By The book". This makes things more tense.
5. Usually, the band leader is a musician who’s been playing parties & weddings from an early age, use his experience, let him run the party.
6. The stage is too far - It must be close to the audience
7. Splitting the party into two rooms - Bad Idea
8. Interrupting the banquet - food or speeches at the wrong time will ruin the energy of any party
Relax and enjoy your party.
